About The Inside People

The Inside People is more than just a business.

It’s also a life philosophy, a value system and a collective of like-minded humans who believe that everything you want to change truly is an inside job.

Our business is built around one core truth: When you come home to yourself, when you release what no longer serves you and connect with your authentic power, everything else aligns. Success becomes natural. Fulfillment becomes inevitable. Life becomes yours again.

All of our facilitators have trained together through workshops in Australia and overseas, and we facilitate at least one PSYCH-K® session for each other every month. This serves two important purposes: it maintains our aligned professional standards, and it ensures we continue our own personal development. We practice what we facilitate because we believe in doing this work ourselves, not just guiding others through it.

It is also a requirement for all of our facilitators to participate in at least one PSYCH-K® Training module per year for their own personal and professional development.

About The Foundations of our Practice

The work we offer at The Inside People is informed by contemporary research, established methodologies, and trauma-aware principals drawn from the field of neuroscience, epigenetics, energy psychology and mind-body studies.

Our services are designed to support personal insight, belief awareness and self-directed change. We do not diagnose, treat or claim to cure physical or mental health conditions and our work is not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care.

Within these professional boundaries the wisdom and big picture thinking of Rob Williams M.A., Dr. Bruce Lipton, Dr. Gabor Maté and Dr. Ian McGilchrist provides the philosophical and scientific foundation for why this work creates such profound change.

For over 30 years I’ve been facilitating process and transformation, long before I even knew that’s what I was doing

For over 30 years I’ve been facilitating process and transformation, long before I even knew that’s what I was doing

In “my first life” I worked in the creative arts – dance, movement, choreographic process and project development. I learnt that the most powerful and meaningful creations don’t come from one person dictating the vision, they emerge when you hold space for discovery, for experimentation, for the collective to find its own expression. I wasn’t teaching dancers what to feel and how to do the moves, I was facilitating the conditions for them to discover – movement, communication and expression that was authentically theirs and that the audience or observer could understand and relate to so they could receive and share the experience.

This practice deepened within my family.

Raising my children I realised these skills were profoundly transferable. I didn’t force my way onto them, it was a collaborative process between us since they were born. I didn’t demand compliance or insist my perspective was the only truth. Instead, I supported them to investigate, enquire, experience, learn and grow, finding their answers and discovering their own wisdom.

Yes, I shared what I knew and I demonstrated skills when needed (daily), I also listened, responded, appreciating their wisdom and guidance also. Each of us brings our own unique gifts to the world.

What I learned: The most powerful growth happens when people are empowered to discover for themselves, rather than being told what to think or who to be.

My next professional project was  co-founding and directing an arts-in-education company.

I discovered again how essential and transferable this human skill truly is.

We brought choreographic process into schools, working with young people from kindy to Year 12. Four-year-olds to eighteen-year-olds. And the format was always the same:

Enquire. Discover. Own. Demonstrate. Receive feedback. Adjust. Repeat.

We weren’t teaching children what to create. We were building the conditions for them to discover their own creative voice, develop communication skills, cultivate confidence and self-esteem, and think beyond the box they’d been given.

Every child we worked with left more connected to themselves and their own capacity.

I then moved into the corporate space, team building and leadership facilitation, and once again; the skills translated beautifully.

Through experiential learning, we held space for professionals across all industries and career stages, from operations teams to executives to discover their own answers. We created environments where people could explore, fail safely, learn, collaborate, and integrate what they discovered.

I wasn’t there to have all the answers . I was there to help people find theirs.

And I noticed over and over, how empowering that process was. How much more lasting the awareness and transformation is when it comes from within, rather than being imposed from the outside.

For nearly three decades, my focus has been on facilitation, communication, inquiry and growth.

Whether in a dance studio, my kitchen table, a class room or a corporate boardroom, the essence is always the same.

Not fixing, not forcing. Not telling them who they should be but creating the conditions for their own wisdom to emerge.

Bringing it all together with PSYCH-K® is poetry really – my whole life has been leading up to this happy meeting of my professional and personal passions as well as my own inner transformation and and self realisation journey – this is a natural expression of everything I’ve been doing for 30years and everything that fascinates and inspires me on a daily basis.

This method is dynamic, practical, kind, empowering, collaborative, safe and fun. It’s real communication with the 95% of you that’s running the show and facilitation of your own inner wisdom. Together we create the conditions for you to remember who you really are.

I bring my whole self to this work:

30 years of facilitation experience:

A deep understanding that:
A commitment to:

PSYCH-K® Basic, Advanced, Master Facilitator

I’m Diana Fischer, a Psych-K® Facilitator and a mum of three.

When I trained as a counsellor over 20 years ago, I was required to undertake two years of personal psychotherapy — while it was helpful, I often left my sessions feeling broken, disempowered, and like I needed fixing!

Discovering Psych-K® felt like finding the missing piece; the work was solution-focused, empowering, and after just a few sessions I noticed profound shifts in my stress levels, wellbeing, and sense of self.

Through Psych-K®, I was able to gently transform deep beliefs around self-esteem and body image after having children, and for the first time felt peace from the inside out.

This work showed me how limited talk-based approaches can be when they don’t reach the subconscious — and it’s why I’m so passionate about helping others reconnect with their inner safety, confidence, and wholeness.

When I discovered PSYCH-K® in 2018, it felt like coming home — as though
I’d finally found how best to live a truly empowered, vibrant and inspired life.
For decades I’d consciously worked to “create my own reality,” without
realising that unless my subconscious beliefs were aligned with my
conscious intentions, true and lasting change was always going to be limited.

My first connection with PSYCH-K® came through my professional work,
where I witnessed repeatedly how gently and effectively it could transform
long-held grief following the death of a loved one. I marvelled at the simplicity
and elegance of this modality, and from Day 1 of the Basic PSYCH-K®
Training, I embraced it as my preferred tool for personal and spiritual
development.

I also saw the incredible potential of PSYCH-K® to soften the fear that so
often surrounds Birth and Death. With a long-standing passion for helping
people approach these experiences with greater awareness, courage and
compassion, I felt I’d at last found a practical, fast and empowering way to
navigate these often fraught but very precious transitions not only for those
birthing and dying, but also their families and caregivers.

As a PSYCH-K® Facilitator, I am continually in awe of the diversity of
dilemmas, desires and goals that partners bring to sessions. It is a true
privilege to support people as they transform beliefs and patterns that limit
their capacity to live life fully with intention, meaning and purpose. I also love
facilitating ‘surrogate’ sessions — to support pet health and communication;
build more nourishing relationships; or to have partners boldly claim their
heart’s desires including perhaps a deeper connection with nature, beauty,
joy and wonder.

I believe life is a precious gift. We are here to live it fully, to meet our
challenges as rich learning opportunities, and to build resilience to respond
well to our changing and often uncertain world. With PSYCH-K® we can
nourish ourselves and one another along the way — and I’d be honoured to
walk beside you on your journey of empowerment.

I was a very sensitive child who learnt early on that big feelings weren’t safe. I learnt to keep them inside and ‘perform’ to ensure I stayed inside the lines of the family dynamic. I never felt safe with big emotions, even as an adult!

When I was introduced to PSYCH-K®, I discovered that every uncomfortable feeling could easily be transformed, and that all feelings carry a gift – a message, an upgrade, a growth opportunity.

I believe the painful parts of us don’t need fixing- they need acknowledgment. To be seen in the presence of a loving witness. When we do this, our nervous system softens, and what once felt heavy begins to transform into the clarity, wisdom, and calm we’ve been searching for.

Through my own healing I have become deeply passionate about inner child work – gently peeling back the layers of conditioning we absorbed from parents, teachers, and friends to uncover who we truly are beneath it all. When we reconnect with our inner child – what they love, what they need, what lights them up – we open the doorway to our most authentic self!

PSYCH-K® is a grounded, heart-led invitation to meet yourself fully, release what’s been trapped, and come home to the truth of who you are, so you can be who you’ve always wanted to be.

I’ve lived many chapters. Dancer. Theatre maker. Business graduate.Technologist. Yoga teacher. Mother. Traveller. Each experience has taught me about resilience, pressure, identity, and adaptation. And what I learned is that simplicity is gold.

When life gets too much, overwhelming or impossible, I now know there is always a clear path beneath the noise. My gift to you is in helping you to find it, patiently and calmly, working with PSYCH K®.

About PSYCH-K®

Think of it like updating your phone’s operating system except we’re updating the subconscious programs running your life. You’re in the driver’s seat. We’re the navigation system.

PSYCH-K® was originated in 1988 by Rob Williams, a former corporate executive and psychotherapist. Now, over 35 years later, it’s taught in 16 languages, facilitated in more than 40 countries, and used by people worldwide to transform their lives. (Explore the method in depth in Rob Williams’s book, PSYCH-K®: The Missing Piece/Peace in Your Life.)

The science validates the results. Three peer-reviewed studies published between 2011-2012 demonstrated that PSYCH-K® creates measurable brain changes: it activates the parasympathetic nervous system (your body’s natural relaxation response) and creates a “whole-brain state” where both hemispheres communicate optimally – the ideal neural condition for lasting belief transformation.

The method is endorsed by Dr. Bruce Lipton, cellular biologist and bestselling author of The Biology of Belief:

“PSYCH-K® is a set of simple, self-empowering techniques to change your beliefs and perceptions that impact your life at a cellular level.”

How it works

PSYCH-K® uses 3 key elements:

  1. Muscle testing – Your subconscious communicates through your physicality – biofeedback via simple muscle testing allows us to identify exactly what your subconscious believes.  Without years of analysis or guesswork.
  2. Whole-brain Integration – we use specific body postures and bilateral movements to create  a”whole-brained state”. A condition where both left and right brain hemispheres are communicating optimally. This is the ideal neural state for installing new beliefs because your brain is unified, receptive and ready for change.
  3. The Change Process – Involves the whole-brained integration and the clear setting of intention or desired new belief through a simple sequence of steps. Which are easy to follow and readily integrated by your subconscious mind.

There are several ways to experience PSYCH-K®
