You are in control and have all the resources you need to make the changes, we provide the method.

We don’t do this work for you – we do it with you. You’re in the driver’s seat, we just provide the map to help you navigate your way home.

Our Approach

At The Inside People, we facilitate transformation using PSYCH-K®; a research-backed method that creates rapid nervous system recalibration and subconscious belief change. It’s a practical, safe compliment or alternative to traditional talk therapy that addresses the root cause, not just symptoms. Our facilitators help you identify which limiting beliefs are currently running, then guide you through a process to transform.

About Me

About the Founder

I studied classical ballet from the age of 4, attended The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and started my professional dance career at 19 – it was a physically, mentally and emotionally demanding career.  I was a high performance, elite professional – outwardly successful and inwardly drowning in a landscape of shame, fear, loneliness and self-hatred. I retired at 34 with a career ending injury, divorced with 2 small children. I channelled my energies into being the best mum I could be which meant I had to be the best version of myself I could be.  I relaxed, refocussed, retrained and came home to myself – mostly thanks to PSYCH-K®!  If I’d had access to this information and this method 20 years ago my life would have been calmer, safer and more fun…

What does a session look like?

In a very practical sense, a session looks like a relaxed, interactive meeting – no couch, no Freud analysis, no yoga poses, no crystals, no long stretches of uncomfortable conversation.  Simply:

  • Meet your facilitator in person or online – you could be anywhere in the world 
  • Allow up to 75 minutes (usually 60 mins but we don’t like to rush you or the process if we need the extra 15 mins we take it)
  • Simple, fully-guided step by step method – identify issue, identify solution, make the change, integrate the new perception/belief/habit

Frequently Asked Questions

We hear this all the time (or similar versions like “Is this like Reiki, is it like Hypnosis” Here’s the difference:

Traditional therapy works through conscious understanding. You analyse why you are stuck, process your past, gain insights into your own and others actions and behaviours. This is valuable, truly valuable and I am so grateful for how much I learned in the 8 years I sought intensive psychotherapy help and researched all the schools of thought. But… it can only address or utilise the power of 5% of your mind’s tools and processing capacity that is running your life. 

Meditation and mindfulness techniques teach you to observe your thoughts and regulate them in the moment which a very valuable skill, however, if your subconscious (95% of your processing capacity) believes “I’m not safe” or “I have to stay vigilant”, no amount of deep breathing will override that.

Hypnotherapy is a very powerful technique and I am a trained QHHT hypnotherapist – it works,we all know people who have quit smoking or overcome phobias by engaging a hypnotherapist – however, it relies on an external source of information/expertise or skill set. With PSYCH-K®, you are in charge, you are the source of wisdom, it’s your process, your choice and your own mind that makes the changes.

We don’t replace therapy or mindfulness, each modality is perfect for the right situation – we can compliment these therapies by using our proven methodology to create sustainable change at a cellular level.

Here’s what we know: If your subconscious can learn and program in a limiting belief or habit; with the right tools and techniques, it can learn a new and supportive one to replace it.   

You’re not stuck, you’re not broken, you’re not the exception – you just haven’t been shown how to access and use the right tools yet.

  4. Don’t fully understand how it works.

No! You won’t HAVE to relive anything.

And this is one of the most beautiful things about PSYCH-K®, it’s gentle on you and your system.

Here’s why:

Your subconscious already knows what happened, it was right there with you. You do not need to describe traumatic events or even name them, you do not need to revisit painful memories for the work to be effective. We work with the beliefs that were formed at the time, not the event themselves.

What this looks like in practice:

Instead of “Tell me what happened when you were 7 years old”, we simply identify what your belief is (or nearest guess), then use our tools to transform it.  For example; your subconscious might believe – “I am not safe when I’m swimming in deep water” so we rewrite a program stating “I am a good strong swimmer” or “I am safe in the pool even when it’s deeper water”.

Your system recalibrates its response to the new statement in real time.

Clients often say: “I didn’t even have to talk about it. My body just released it, like it knew what to do, I just watched it from a safe space. Now when I think about it, it feels like a distant, foggy memory instead of full dread and sweats!”

PSYCH-K® is trauma-informed and designed to be non-retraumatising.

You are safe here, the work is gentle and you’re always in control.

There’s no hard and fast rules to this one but it’s fair to say that in one session we can usually work on 1 situation/event and make progress towards one target or preferred outcome.

Commonly though, events and situations, patterns and habits have multiple interconnected programmes/beliefs/operating systems in play. Our mind is not linear (even though we keep trying to make it so).

Also, depending on different life factors, you may have been running certain programs for decades – it would be a lot to ask your whole system to let it go in 1 – 2 sessions.

To really establish new beliefs and allow them to integrate we ask clients to commit to between 4-8 sessions, depending on how much they’d like to work on.

Most clients choose a one-off session to experience the method then book a package as it is more cost effective. However, this process is led by you – you decide how many sessions you’d like.

Our recommended time and financial investment is:

3-6 Sessions for:

  • Burnout and nervous system reset,
  • Chronic stress and overwhelm,
  • People pleasing and boundary issues.

4-8 Sessions for:

  • Trauma integration,
  • Deep rooted patterns,
  • Complex belief systems.

Beliefs and habits often unfold in layers.  One session may shift the first layer, bringing a sense of relief.  Then, through observation and reflection, you might become aware of the next layer to work through – and the next after that. 

It’s a bit like a video game: each level you complete prepares you for the one that follows.  With every step forward, you gain better tools, greater awareness and stronger skills to meet the next challenge. 

Single session 75 minutes: $300
4- session Pack: $1080 (save$120) fortnightly – 3 weeks apart (x4)
8- session Pack: $2112 (save $288) fortnightly – 3 weeks apart (x8)

This is the most honest question you could ask.
And the truth is; if you’re not ready, this work won’t (can’t) force you.

Change requires willingness.  Not perfection, not certainty, just willingness.

You might not be ready if:

  • You are looking for someone to fix you while you stay passive,
  • You want to understand your problems more than transform them,
  • You are here because someone else thinks you should be (partner, mother, friend, boss).
  • You are not willing to change.

And that’s completely OK! There is no judgement in that. Sometimes we aren’t ready and we need to trust the process, the timing and the journey we are on.

You might be ready if:

  • You are exhausted from managing your own symptoms,
  • You’re willing to see what life feels like without the old patterns,
  • You’re curious about who you’d be if old outdated beliefs weren’t running the show,
  • You’re tired of understanding without transforming,
  • Part of you knows there’s something available to you (even if it’s a bit daunting) and you’re willing to give it a try.

Your subconscious is your sovereignty.  Any change – at any level of the mind – requires your clear intention and conscious choice.  Nothing can be altered without your willingness and decision to do so.
