In a PSYCH-K® session, we identify the specific beliefs that are active and transform them into beliefs that actually support the life you want. Not as affirmations you repeat and hope will stick. As subconscious programs that run automatically — the same way the old ones did, only now they are working for you instead of against you.

Your facilitator will guide you through a simple, structured process. Together you identify the beliefs that are currently running, clarify what you want to change, and use the PSYCH-K® process to make that change at the subconscious level.
Sessions are 75 minutes. They can be held in person in Perth or online from anywhere. Most clients describe the experience as surprisingly gentle and remarkably fast.
